Hotel Sogo extends help to communities in CamSur

Hotel Sogo continues to care as it ramped up its effort in helping the country’s indigent communities by reaching out to several communities in Luzon. Recently, it donated school supplies to over 300 school children in Triangulo Elementary School - Diversion Road, CBD II, Barangay Triangulo, Naga, and Oroc-Osoc Elementary School - Oroc-Osoc, Caramoan, Camarines Sur. Hotel Sogo also distributed long sleeve shirts and black out tarp cover from Hotel Sogo’s collateral materials for use as cover for tourist and fishing boats to 200 fisherfolks from Brgy.Paniman, Caramoan Camarines Sur. Agora awards 2015 now open for nominations.

The Officers and Agora awardees from Philippine Marketing Association.
 The search is on, for this year’s best marketers in The Philippines via The Agora Awards now turning 36 years older. It’s considered the Oscars of Philippine Marketers who, the best and effective marketing campaigns are recognized, and the minds behind those marketing success.

From the greek word Agora meaning Market started in 1979, as of now it has eight categories such as Marketing Company of the Year, Outstanding Achievement in Advocacy Marketing, Outstanding Achievement in Entrepreneurship (Large scale, medium and small scale), Outstanding Achievement in Marketing Management, Outstanding Achievement in Marketing Communications, Marketing in Education, Overseas Marketing and Export Marketing.

The winners for this year should be nominated, the form can be downloaded from www.theagora.ph and deadline of submission is on Sept 8, 2015. But the twist for this year is, aside from the usual awarding ceremony, selected past winners of Agora Awards will also convene for a day of talks, to share their stories, their secrets and tips on how to succeed in Marketing, it’s called the Agora Circle Conference that they are reviving for this year.

Among those past winners and will be speakers are Greg Banzon of Century Canning Corp, Sari Yap of One Mega Group, Inc, Emily Abrera of McCann Erickson Philippines, Butch Jimenez of PLDT, Chito Sobrepena of Metrobank, and a lot more.

Experiencing Dinner In The Dark at Residence Inn in Tagaytay.

RESIDENCE INN in Tagaytay City did a good job in hosting the fast rising one of a kind experience Dinner in the dark (Black Dinner), a much talk awareness campaign challenge for the benefit of people who are blind. In the event last Oct 18, 2014 we are fortunate to be invited among other bloggers to experience the so called realization dinner plus the tour of Zoomanity park inside Residence Inn,   wherein they house variety of foreign wildlife animals, fishes, snakes and birds. Before the scheduled dinner there is an orientation coming from the organizers,   a talk from Dra. The Walking Dead Bids Goodbye to Two Original Casts

Episode 4 of the latest season, two deaths happened.  We never  saw this coming but Lori Grimes died after giving birth via C-Section. Shot by her son. T-Dog gets bitten by a walker – and ultimately dies a hero’s death when he charges a group of walkers to help Carol escape. But then later, Carol went missing. Wondering if she's dead or alive. This season seems pretty tough hard for Rick Grimes. Adding to the excitement was that, in Woodbury, the Governor isn't really what he seems to be.
