Hotel Sogo extends help to communities in CamSur

Hotel Sogo continues to care as it ramped up its effort in helping the country’s indigent communities by reaching out to several communities in Luzon. Recently, it donated school supplies to over 300 school children in Triangulo Elementary School - Diversion Road, CBD II, Barangay Triangulo, Naga, and Oroc-Osoc Elementary School - Oroc-Osoc, Caramoan, Camarines Sur. Hotel Sogo also distributed long sleeve shirts and black out tarp cover from Hotel Sogo’s collateral materials for use as cover for tourist and fishing boats to 200 fisherfolks from Brgy.Paniman, Caramoan Camarines Sur. The Cast of Sindak 1941(Photo by Erickson Dela Cruz) On the celebration of its 18 th year as a theater company, Philippine Stagers Foundation rewrite and reproduce their old piece “Filipinas 1941” into a whole new musical combining efforts from other theater luminaries and experts, making it the only theater musical experience about the Japanese occupation in the Philippines. Sindak 1941 written and directed by Vince Tanada is a story of two brothers Felipe and Nestor who stand still in the darkest era of invasion, war, and injustices, all fighting to survive through hope and love, for the country and for oneself.
