Hotel Sogo extends help to communities in CamSur

Hotel Sogo continues to care as it ramped up its effort in helping the country’s indigent communities by reaching out to several communities in Luzon. Recently, it donated school supplies to over 300 school children in Triangulo Elementary School - Diversion Road, CBD II, Barangay Triangulo, Naga, and Oroc-Osoc Elementary School - Oroc-Osoc, Caramoan, Camarines Sur. Hotel Sogo also distributed long sleeve shirts and black out tarp cover from Hotel Sogo’s collateral materials for use as cover for tourist and fishing boats to 200 fisherfolks from Brgy.Paniman, Caramoan Camarines Sur. Kundiman Party to happen in PETA Theater.

 It was 2018 most memorable, meaningful and relevant original Filipino play that features Kundiman songs use in musical theater, a masterpiece by Floy Quintos for UP Playwright is now making a return this time in PETA Theater as its new home. Quintos is kinda hesitant at first in doing the restaging, but he was overwhelmed by the unanimous decision of PETA Board of Directors in choosing his creation to be perform in PETA with larger audience and to share the message especially to the young audience. “They choose us, nung una kaming nag-meeting, nag recommend pa ako ng ibang plays, why Kundiman? Gawin nyo na lang yung Dekada 70, Desaparecidos, these plays has just come out about Marcos era, and they told me that they took a consensus sa lahat ng elders ng PETA, kayo talaga ang gusto namin mag guest, and it seems a wonderful chance.” Quintos said.
