Hotel Sogo extends help to communities in CamSur

Hotel Sogo continues to care as it ramped up its effort in helping the country’s indigent communities by reaching out to several communities in Luzon. Recently, it donated school supplies to over 300 school children in Triangulo Elementary School - Diversion Road, CBD II, Barangay Triangulo, Naga, and Oroc-Osoc Elementary School - Oroc-Osoc, Caramoan, Camarines Sur. Hotel Sogo also distributed long sleeve shirts and black out tarp cover from Hotel Sogo’s collateral materials for use as cover for tourist and fishing boats to 200 fisherfolks from Brgy.Paniman, Caramoan Camarines Sur. Kabataan of Puerto Princesa holds Election and Voters Education seminar.

Sangguniang Kabataan of Puerto Princesa will hold Senatorial Forum  this coming May 6 and voters education this coming May 10 and 11 at the Performing Arts Center of Palawan State University, the senatorial forum is a joint endeavor with Palawan NGO Network Inc and the Social Action Center of the Apostolic Vicariate of Puerto Princesa, while the two day Voter’s education seminar is a tie up with Bawat Isa Mahalaga Movement, and will be attended by its founder, former Supreme Court Chief of Justice Maria Lourdes Sereno. “As both pag-asa ng bayan and heirs of the country’s last ecological frontier, the Palaweño youth are seriously taking on its role in sparking much-needed conversations and paving the path for the realization of progressive politics and a truly participatory democracy.” Myka Mabelle L.
