KUWERDAS NG PAGKAKAISA AT CCP By EVO JOEL CONTRIVIDA THE National Commission for Culture and the Arts along with the Cultural Center of the Philippines through the Musicological Society of the Philippines open the 10 th year of International Rondalla Festival last Feb 13, at the Little Theater of CCP. It is called the Kuwerdas ng Pagkakaisa, the 4 th Philippine Rondalla Festiva or the Plucked String Music Festivall. This is also the launching of Cuerdas Global wherein participants is not only from the Philppines, but rather from different countries all over the world.
