Solaire,
Philippine’s leading Resort , Hotel and Casino is now one step higher over its
competitor, as they formally open two of their world class restaurants situated
at the newly open Solaire Sky Tower. Last Dec 17, 2014 we are one of the lucky
bloggers who were invited to witness the opening of Oasis Garden, and the
Waterside Resto Bar.
Oasis
ambiance is so refreshing and private, situated at the middle of the Atrium of
the Sky Tower with a-la bird nest design that will try to hide you from
anything. With a backdraft of flower gardens and waterfalls, Oasis offers a
wide array of pastries, from Filipino loves merienda such as Turon, to egg
benedict that will make you crave for more.

| Pastries galore. |
It’s
a good place to do a chit-chat and reminisce an afternoon gathering while
having your great teas. In fairness, the Oasis wide array of Tea selection is
highly recommendable that even waiters know what you should have and not after
lunch or even dinner. A piano is also set up with occasional singers that will
entertain guests.
Waterside
Restobar is perfect example for those looking for ultimate culinary experience,
the menu is ranging from Latin American to Mediterranean cuisine and I should
say the finest so far. It houses the best Paella Valenciana in the country that
I’ve taste so far.
What’s
good thing about Waterside is, the earthly design of its interiors that match
with Kenneth Cobonpue signature furnitures, with a glass window that offers a
panoramic view of Manila bay sunset.

During
the formal opening, Vj Kim Jones host the program while celebrations of dance
and music is presented, from a ballet performances to Rondalla playing, to
Flamenco and Samba numbers.
