Hotel Sogo extends help to communities in CamSur

Hotel Sogo continues to care as it ramped up its effort in helping the country’s indigent communities by reaching out to several communities in Luzon. Recently, it donated school supplies to over 300 school children in Triangulo Elementary School - Diversion Road, CBD II, Barangay Triangulo, Naga, and Oroc-Osoc Elementary School - Oroc-Osoc, Caramoan, Camarines Sur. Hotel Sogo also distributed long sleeve shirts and black out tarp cover from Hotel Sogo’s collateral materials for use as cover for tourist and fishing boats to 200 fisherfolks from Brgy.Paniman, Caramoan Camarines Sur. PHILIPPINES Bet for this year’s Miss International is determine to bring home the crown once again, 24 year old European Study major Bianca Guidote show no pressure being the successor of Bea Rose Santiago, the reigning Miss International on a sendoff presscon last Oct 23, 2014 at the Balay Cubao Expo. 

She confidently told members of the press that she has the same people who trained Bea to be Ms. International, however she elaborate that she has her own purpose and that kind of purpose will be her statement in case she landed as finalist for the crown on the night of the pageant on Nov 11 in Tokyo, Japan.

The 5’8 statuesque lady from Taguig had a rigorous training for this pageant such as personality development and cultural immersion from Dale Carnegie, Question and Answer practice sessions from Entrepreneur School of Asia and toning exercises at Gold’s Gym, and of course personal coaching directly from Santiago.

Bianca also has an advantage so far since she can converse in 5 languages like English, Spanish, Portuguese and recently learning Japanese as well.  Here in Manila she is a beauty with a good heart as she is actively serve as volunteer for some non-government organizations  such as Red Cross, Gawad Kalinga, Operation Smile, Hero Foundation and others.

Miss international now on its 53rd year is one of the prestigious beauty pageant in the world, it is known for making women as Ambassadors of Peace and Beauty by promoting world peace, goodwill and understanding. Philippines is the leading Asian country who garnered the most crown in this pageant, with 5 titleholder like Gemma Cruz-Araneta (1964), Aurora Pijuan (1970), Melanie Marquez (1979), Precious Lara Quigaman(2005) and Bea Rose Santiago (2013).

If luckily Bea passes the crown of Ms. International this year to Bianca, Philippines will be in tie up level with Venezuela who has 6 crowns in total.
