Hotel Sogo extends help to communities in CamSur

Hotel Sogo continues to care as it ramped up its effort in helping the country’s indigent communities by reaching out to several communities in Luzon. Recently, it donated school supplies to over 300 school children in Triangulo Elementary School - Diversion Road, CBD II, Barangay Triangulo, Naga, and Oroc-Osoc Elementary School - Oroc-Osoc, Caramoan, Camarines Sur. Hotel Sogo also distributed long sleeve shirts and black out tarp cover from Hotel Sogo’s collateral materials for use as cover for tourist and fishing boats to 200 fisherfolks from Brgy.Paniman, Caramoan Camarines Sur. Re-Experiencing the Pista Y Ang Cagueban

After more than a decade of not joining this event, I was able to experience it again.


I asked my brother if I can hitch a ride with him on his way to work since he's doing his duty at Irawan, a few kilometers away from the planting site. But good thing he knew the bus driver sending off participants to the site, I transferred there.. :)

Arrived at the site and there were so many participants, most of them already had planted seedlings.. 



These are the teens, the crowd that has already planted ahead of me. 

The 2nd seedling I planted this day! I hope this will survive all the adversaries nature has.

 I love the quote written on this shirt. True indeed!


On my way home after planting trees. You can see the vibrant colors of tall trees surrounding the area. It's a great feeling that I was able to walk here again after such a long period of time.
