Tutuban Center keeps the spirit of Christmas shining with tree-lighting
event—The historically and culturally rich Tutuban’s sky line lit up recently
with the holding of the traditional giant Christmas tree lighting ceremony
inside Tutuban Center’s expansive grounds. A yearly tradition done as a
highlight of the celebration of Bonifacio Day in Tutuban, the ceremony hopes to
remind everyone that the Yuletide Season is already at hand. Prior to the
official switching of the lights, the ceremony was preceded by lots of
entertainment and fun activities before Tutuban Properties, Inc. (TPI)
executives and VIP guests gathered near the base of the giant Christmas tree
and turned on the lights after a heart-pounding countdown, sending the crowd
into a frenzy as the tree finally lit up to become a giant beaming and
glittering beacon of hope for many during these trying times. A fireworks
display followed that littered the night sky with vivid colors as the
festivities continued on through the night. Tutuban Center continues to be the
best bargain shopping destination, especially for everyone’s Christmas shopping
