Sangguniang Kabataan of
Puerto Princesa will hold
Senatorial Forum this coming May 6 and
voters education this coming May 10 and 11 at the Performing Arts Center of
Palawan State University, the senatorial forum is a joint endeavor with Palawan
NGO Network Inc and the Social Action Center of the Apostolic Vicariate of
Puerto Princesa, while the two day Voter’s education seminar is a tie up with Bawat
Isa Mahalaga Movement, and will be attended by its founder, former Supreme
Court Chief of Justice Maria Lourdes Sereno.
“As both pag-asa ng bayan and heirs of the country’s last
ecological frontier, the Palaweño
youth are seriously taking on its role in
sparking much-needed conversations and paving the path for the realization of
progressive politics and a truly participatory democracy.” Myka Mabelle L.
