Finally, we are able to visit the much talked Nuvali in
Laguna,the first ecofriendly community of Ayala Land, wherein four branches of their
residential projects are situated. Namely
Alveo, Amaia, Ayala Land Premiere and Avida.
Nuvali is a latin word meaning new valley.
Kathy Mamaril, Broker Manager for Nuvali told us that
this project has a total of 2,290 hectares of land, the former sugar cane
plantation in Sta.Rosa, Laguna is now the latest attraction in terms of
experiencing nature with a lot of amenities, such as Camp N for camping
activities, Wildlife Bird Sanctuary, Wake boarding, Sky Cinemas, and even venues
for fun run and motocross.

goes up from P6million to P20million with lot titles, but for land alone it
ranges from P5million to P20million. For

Incoming attraction for Nuvali is the 10 hectare mall,
which according to our source is one of the largest Mall of Ayala and will be
called Trisoma, the mall for the south.
Different colleges, schools and shopping centers are also on the way,
even hospitals is underway and it will be the first Hospital that Ayala Company
will run.
