Hotel Sogo extends help to communities in CamSur

Hotel Sogo continues to care as it ramped up its effort in helping the country’s indigent communities by reaching out to several communities in Luzon. Recently, it donated school supplies to over 300 school children in Triangulo Elementary School - Diversion Road, CBD II, Barangay Triangulo, Naga, and Oroc-Osoc Elementary School - Oroc-Osoc, Caramoan, Camarines Sur. Hotel Sogo also distributed long sleeve shirts and black out tarp cover from Hotel Sogo’s collateral materials for use as cover for tourist and fishing boats to 200 fisherfolks from Brgy.Paniman, Caramoan Camarines Sur. The Art Promenade in Vitalita at the Skyvillas.

TO Formally introduce Skyvillas, a 31storey residential property of Philippine Realty And Holdings Corp (PHILREALTY), an art promenade entitleVitalita is open last July 24 showcasing three prominent  artist and realist  painters namely Sam Penaso, Eugene Cubillo and Cecil Go.

Penaso exhibit 16 pieces of his artworks that evokes nostalgia through a juxtaposition of dichotomous affairs, this gentleman from Bohol used Acrylic on canvass as his medium and he was identify with his stripe attack in most of his paintings.

Cubillo is the man behind Botchog, a comic strip published every Sunday in the Manila Bulletin, his 12 artworks mainly deals with his experiences in life, it’s his collection of how he interpret  what he see and feel in a daily basis

The third artist is a notable Dance Master and a realist painter, 48 year old Go honed  his skills by time when he stay in Argentina , he teach Argentine Tango along with his dance partner, dance champion Edna Ledesma.  13 of his artworks shows discipline that reflect man’s endless thirst for finding ways to express.

This three artists shows inspirations that are rooted in life, a concept of Vitality; it’s a measure of one’s life force. Vitalita is grounded in the notion that the best way to commemorate a new space is by having it furnished with extraordinary and valuable art, like the space in Skyvillas.  Vitalita is a month long art exhibit at the said property that serves as the second phase of two hectare, six tower One Balete Drive nestled within the tree shaded neighborhood of New Manila in Quezon City.
