I was once fascinated with big drums, how they create loud base sound! At first it sounded a scary one, but as time goes by I started to like the feeling of nervousness while listening to the sound it created. Heart pounding sounds is such a thrill for me. The louder, the better. It really excites me. Bongos and Big Drums are the ones I like! Oh, before I forget, I was once a member of a Drum and Lyre Group in my former school. Of course, my instrument is Lyre! :) And now I wonder how they create cool innovative percussion mallets that helps in producing great sounds?! It's just too bad that my daughter's school doesn't have a Drum and Lyre group, unlike those in the public schools. She'll be missing the fun of playing the lyre/xylophone. Unless I'll buy her one. LOL

As a parent, I would always want my kids to be at the top of their health. That's why as much as possible I'll try my very best to protect them against sickness. This is just a re-post from this site.   There’s a blog post that’s recently gone viral, written by a divorced man featuring some really sound advice about marriage.  I really have to applaud this guy.  It takes guts to stand up and be transparent about your failures.  It’s equally as commendable to stand up and say how you’d do things differently. One thing that his post is lacking, however, is the female perspective.  After reading his post, I wanted to take some time and write down some things that I’ve learned in the last ten years.  You see – I’m now in my third marriage.  When people learn this fact about me, their reaction is usually pretty awkward.  It’s almost as if they’re waiting for me to be embarrassed by my admission. A long overdue post. I was so busy with my baby, hence have a little time composing blog posts. Sometime August this year, my cousin got married. She asked me what's the best place to have a little salo-salo with friends and family that will be attending her civil wedding. I suggested one place, of course, Ka-Inato! I've been to one branch only ( Rizal Avenue Extension branch ), so I suggested to choose the one that I've never been to. Ka Inato's San Jose branch.  The Wash Area.. I love the wooden sink! Acoustic music comprises music that solely or primarily uses instruments which produce sound through entirely acoustic means, as opposed to electric or electronic means. The retronym "acoustic music" appeared after the advent of electric instruments, such as the electric guitar, electric violin, kids acoustic guitar, electric organ and synthesizer. Performers of acoustic music often increase the volume of their output using electronic amplifiers. However, these amplification devices remain separate from the amplified instrument and reproduce its natural sound accurately. Often a microphone is placed in front of an acoustic instrument which is then wired up to an amplifier. Oh how I love the acoustic blues! Sometime in my life I was so inlove with this genre of music. Everyday of my college days, I never missed listening even to just one song.  And now, every moment I am hearing one, it brings me to nostalgia. 

One fine weekend, I was asked to do a photoshoot for a couple. The wife is a friend. (As you all know I am a part time photographer here in the province). I had so much fun doing the shoot. The couple were so funny and cool. There were no dull time all through out the session.   Happily ever after is not a fairy tale, it's a CHOICE.   Keep the happiness ALIVE.
