Hotel Sogo extends help to communities in CamSur

Hotel Sogo continues to care as it ramped up its effort in helping the country’s indigent communities by reaching out to several communities in Luzon. Recently, it donated school supplies to over 300 school children in Triangulo Elementary School - Diversion Road, CBD II, Barangay Triangulo, Naga, and Oroc-Osoc Elementary School - Oroc-Osoc, Caramoan, Camarines Sur. Hotel Sogo also distributed long sleeve shirts and black out tarp cover from Hotel Sogo’s collateral materials for use as cover for tourist and fishing boats to 200 fisherfolks from Brgy.Paniman, Caramoan Camarines Sur. NCCC Mall celebrates 40th Anniversary

New City Commercial Center (NCCC) is now 40 years old, and its Palawan Mall is 28 years in service and still leading the retail business in the province, it is a known destination for reasonably priced goods and exceptional customer service. During its Thanksgiving event last December 10 at Skylight Hotel, NCCC announces the plan to expand more micro mall in Palawan, they already acquire some properties in El Nido and Roxas for Northern Palawan, and Narra and Quezon for southern part, they also announce the plan for the fourth floor level of NCCC Mall in Lacao Street that for so long is close to public due to some renovations, that level will house some government offices soon. Chud Festejo’s Nanay Tatay is PhilPop 2018 winner.

Finals Night was held at Estancia Capitol Commons Mandaluyong. Ten finalists battled it out for the First, Second and Third Place respectively. From a number of submitted songs, a pre-judging was held at the BGC Theatre and from the pool of 30, ten finalists were chosen to compete for the Grand Prize. At the end of the evening of December 2, Chud Festejo’s Nanay Tatay emerged victorious. He was actually not expecting to win but he is really glad that he won the top Prize, Nanay Tatay is a song that talks about Innocence and Vulnerability. Aside from that, the music Video of Nanay Tatay, it was also a winner for the special awards category. Chud went home with one million pesos as the Champion. Ferdinand Aragon’s Visayan entry entitled “Di Ko Man” was declared first runner up. Aragon says that the song is actually a visayan Harana, for winning the first runner up he goes home with a prize of Php500,000.00 pesos. Manila notes is a Filipino adaptation of Tokyo notes written by A Japanese playwright and director Oriza Hirata. It was adapted by our very own Rudy Vera and was directed by Tokyo notes writer himself. The story happened in the future, around 2043. There’s a war happening in Europe and in order to protect and preserved the collection of Vermeer, the paintings was relocated to several countries in Asia. Inside the receiving area or lobby of the museum, family members, lovers, friend and other kind of relation meet to discuss life, mainly about taking care of parents, family / marital problems, inheritance business and plans in life. The play depicts the regular day to day living of Filipinos. The stage really shows a modern design of a museum lobby, the coach are color blue, yellow, and red that looks like a Philippine flag color to me. Breaktime with Chanon in Manila

Thai breakthrough artist Chanon Santinatornkul known as Bank from “Bad Genius”, allso known Nonkul to his fans visited once again Manila last Nov 30 at the SM Skydome in Quezon City, it was called Breaktime: Chanon Santinatornkul. The event lasted for two (2) hours,  Chanon  performs 2 songs, an interview about life, career and childhood memories  and upcoming projects followed the program hosted by VJ Ayi from MYX. A fun game before the main event thrilled the fans due to exciting prizes for the winners and a chance to meet up close in person with Nonkul. During the program, Nonkul also join some games and he declare it that he had so much fun and enjoyed the event. After the fan meeting, fans and member of media of different outfit have a chance to have photoshoot with Nonkul.
