Hotel Sogo extends help to communities in CamSur

Hotel Sogo continues to care as it ramped up its effort in helping the country’s indigent communities by reaching out to several communities in Luzon. Recently, it donated school supplies to over 300 school children in Triangulo Elementary School - Diversion Road, CBD II, Barangay Triangulo, Naga, and Oroc-Osoc Elementary School - Oroc-Osoc, Caramoan, Camarines Sur. Hotel Sogo also distributed long sleeve shirts and black out tarp cover from Hotel Sogo’s collateral materials for use as cover for tourist and fishing boats to 200 fisherfolks from Brgy.Paniman, Caramoan Camarines Sur. Binondo, A Tsinoy Musical

Synergy 88 and Rebecca Chuaunsu Film Productions present Binondo, A Tsinoy Musical. This is an epic love story that depicts cross-cultural generations. Set in the 70s, Lilly is a club singer in Binondo who battles with love against all odds. She falls in love with Chinese Ah Tiong who is in Manila for two weeks. Together they struggle with their affections against the reluctant parents, the political unrest of the 70s in the Philippines and China, cultural differences and Tsinoy Carlos, the best friend of Lilly who is in love with her. Binondo is directed by the legendary Joel Lamangan and penned by veteran writer Ricky Lee together with Gershom Chua and Eljay Castro Deldoc. CCP Presents Band and Orchestra Festival 5th Edition

Over 700 young musical artists from 14 groups across are expected to perform at " Banda Rito, Banda Roon, " the Band and Orchestra Festival 2018 of the Cultural Center of the Philippines (CCP) which will run from 20 to 22 July 2018 at venues of CCP.  Originally presented as a straight play at the CCP Virgin Labfest in 2005 and a short film produced for Cinemalaya in 2006, the characters of Gee-gee and Waterina returns onstage this time as a musical. For their 4th Season, Artist Playground's first Original Pilipino Musical, " Gee-gee At Waterina, Ang Musikal " will debut on August 18, 2018 at Arts Above, Artist Playground II, located at 112 West Venue Bldg., West Avenue, Quezon City.
