Hotel Sogo extends help to communities in CamSur

Hotel Sogo continues to care as it ramped up its effort in helping the country’s indigent communities by reaching out to several communities in Luzon. Recently, it donated school supplies to over 300 school children in Triangulo Elementary School - Diversion Road, CBD II, Barangay Triangulo, Naga, and Oroc-Osoc Elementary School - Oroc-Osoc, Caramoan, Camarines Sur. Hotel Sogo also distributed long sleeve shirts and black out tarp cover from Hotel Sogo’s collateral materials for use as cover for tourist and fishing boats to 200 fisherfolks from Brgy.Paniman, Caramoan Camarines Sur. Ingredients: *1/2 kilo beef (round or sirloin cut) cut into cubes (for a more traditional kare kare, use cleaned beef tripe instead of beef)(--here i used pata naman..pde naman pala.. hehehe) *1/2 kilo oxtail, cut 2 inch long *3 cups of peanut butter *1/4 cup grounded toasted rice *1/2 cup cooked bagoong alamang (anchovies) *2 pieces onions, diced *2 heads of garlic, minced *4 tablespoons atsuete oil *4 pieces eggplant, sliced 1 inch thick *1 bundle Pechay (Bok choy) cut into 2 pieces *1 bundle of sitaw (string beans) cut to 2" long *1 banana bud, cut similar to eggplant slices, blanch in boiling water *1/2 cup oil *8 cups of water *Salt to taste Directions: *In a stock pot, boil beef and oxtails in water for an hour or until cooked. Strain and keep the stock. *In a big pan or wok, heat oil and atsuete oil. *Sauté garlic, onions until golden brown, then add the stock, toasted rice, beef, oxtail and peanut butter. I have been seeing lots of bloggings about this planner, and later today i bumped into Razielle's blog site and have a clearer idea about the Contest. LOL My must dos for the coming 2010 are as follows: On my top priority is to get serious in my self-review reading for the Bar Exams on September, my future somehow rely on this. :) Next is to get serious also in trimming down, for i have gained too much these past three years. This is a really must do, i have been neglecting my self for that long, and it's on my top priority to be in good shape and in best of health for my little angel.
